West Burlington, IA-Gavin Kies, son of Dan & Amerika Kies, of Burlington, IA was recently presented with a scholarship from the Loren H. Walker Scholarship Foundation. This scholarship is set up to benefit a sophomore basketball player attending Southeastern Community College.
